
The Challenge
ARUL needed to compete with much larger UK education providers in the feeds of prospective students. The maths was brutal: 3,600+ video pieces a year, without seven-figure production budgets.
Our Solution
Rather than hire established creators, we built a programme inside ARUL itself. We identified micro-creators within the existing student population and turned them into a Creative Council - a permanent content team for the university.
A 360° digital strategy where students produced the content fueling both organic and paid campaigns. Authentic, scalable, and at a fraction of the cost of agency production.
